Overview

The Consultant Hub Web Services Inc. set out to become the premier platform connecting consultants and franchisors. Their vision was to provide a trusted, feature-rich environment where franchisors could evaluate, meet, and engage consultants with confidence. When we were engaged, the immediate priority was to harden the platform’s security and establish best practices across authentication, payments, and data protection. At the same time, we took over active development to stabilize the codebase, improve reliability, and position the system for long-term growth.

Technology

The platform is built on a modern MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) with a NestJS backend. Payments are handled through Stripe, and real-time scheduling is supported via Cronofy. Our work focused on strengthening authentication, access controls, and data flows while maintaining scalability and performance.
